Terms of Service

1. Using FableWake

You must be at least 16, have capacity to agree to these terms, and supply accurate account information. You are responsible for your account and for activity performed through it. Do not share access credentials or bypass service limits and security measures.

2. Stories, AI, and game rules

FableWake generates fictional content using AI. Output may be inconsistent, incorrect, incomplete, or unsuitable. Dice and rules automation are play aids, not authoritative professional advice. You remain responsible for deciding whether to use or share generated content.

Service availability, models, features, game balance, and generated outcomes can change. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or preservation of every generated response.

3. Your content

You retain any rights you have in your prompts, character descriptions, chat messages, and other submissions. You give the operator a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, process, reproduce, and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure, improve, and support FableWake.

You must have the right to submit your content. Do not request or upload unlawful material, personal data of others without permission, harassment, sexual content involving minors, or copies and close imitations of protected third-party settings, characters, artwork, or text.

4. Multiplayer conduct

Treat other players respectfully. Do not threaten, harass, impersonate, spam, cheat, or share another person’s private information. Room participants can see the content described in the Privacy Policy. We may review reports and remove content, suspend access, or preserve evidence when reasonably necessary.

5. Intellectual property and licence notice

FableWake’s original software, visual design, branding, and original setting material belong to the operator or its licensors. The service also uses material from SRD 5.2.1 under CC-BY-4.0. See the Licences page for the required attribution.

FableWake is an independent 5E-compatible product and is not endorsed by Wizards of the Coast. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.

6. Free access, advertising, and credits

The first 10 eligible solo turns are free. Rewarded advertisements are also available during and after this introduction and may supply one additional turn credit. You can also purchase a one-time credit pack. Advertising availability is not guaranteed.

A turn credit is normally used when the AI game master generates the result of a player action. Failed technical requests should not consume a credit. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.

7. Credit packs and payments

One-time packs contain 50 turn credits for €1.99 or 200 turn credits for €5.99 in the Netherlands, including applicable VAT. The App Store or Google Play checkout screen shows the binding local price before purchase. Purchased credits do not expire.

New subscriptions are currently unavailable. Any existing Google Play subscription remains subject to the terms shown when it was purchased and can be managed through Google Play.

Refunds, withdrawal rights, and payment failures follow applicable consumer law and the billing rules of the store that processed the purchase. FableWake does not ask you to pay outside the App Store or Google Play for digital app content.

8. Character revival

When rewarded revival is available, three completed rewarded advertisements restore the deceased character in that campaign at a house of healing with 1 HP. Progress and the exact requirement are shown before each advertisement.

9. Suspension and ending use

You may stop using FableWake at any time and delete individual campaigns or your complete account using the available controls. The public account-deletion page also explains how to submit a request when you cannot access the app. Deleting an account also removes multiplayer campaigns you host for all participants. We may suspend or end access for serious or repeated breaches, security threats, unlawful use, or where required by law, taking proportionality and applicable consumer rights into account.

10. Liability

FableWake is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost gameplay, or reliance on AI output. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including mandatory consumer rights.

11. Law, changes, and contact

Dutch law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of residence. Courts are determined by applicable law. We may update these terms for legal, security, technical, or product reasons and will communicate material changes appropriately.
